When you place an order or make an enquiry please state:
Your name and address including post-code
Whether you want pellets in 15kg bags, 1 ton bags or bulk
Whether you want to uplift from the factory or for us to organise delivery (we outsource transport and can organise this, but you may want to make your own arrangements)
If you are having a large quantity on pallets delivered - have you access to a forklift?
If you want pellets blown into store - how far are you from the road?
